Liaoning Provincial Archives is one of the first archives in China to be opened to the public. It now has a collection of 1.92 million volumes of archives, with many kinds of archives and rich contents. The archives are kept in the museum from the year 714 AD to the end of the 20th century.
The collection of archives of the Qing Dynasty, the archives of the Fenghuang Warlords, and the archives of the Manchurian Railway are more systematic. V. Introduction.
The building was designed and constructed by the Fung Kee Construction Company in 1930 and completed in 1934. The building is surrounded by a three-meter-high fence, with the main gate in the south and the gatehouse connected to the left and right side of the building.
The main building is located in the back of the courtyard, for the Romanesque architecture. Plane was convex shape, three floors above ground, one floor below ground, brick structure, white tile inlay, decorated with high-relief Ionic column head. The main door six steps, both sides of the ramp, built before the rain lap, bearing the balcony, the building north of the second floor in the middle of a semicircular balcony. The building is luxuriously decorated, beautifully decorated with wood carvings.

V. Introduction.
The old site was built in 1910, before the liberation, here was Fengtian Province, Dongguan model two primary school, after the liberation, was changed to the Shenyang city sixth high school, is now opened for the Memorial Hall.
